I always disable the notifications, but in the name of science and because I'm an awesome individual, I have switched them on to aid you in your frustrations.

And indeed while typing this out, I've had a notification.

other than that i don't really know what could be wrong.

Mention works on XDA as far as I know, but it is not enabled on the MyBB backend apparently
