Don't want to read through 175 pages of thread... I've just got an S5 with Android 4.4.2. After setting the device up, it did not check for updates, so I manually checked.
It downloaded ~103MB and restarted. It then checked again and downloaded ~30MB and restarted. It then check again and downloaded ~217MB and restarted. It now reports no more updates, but is still running 4.4.2. What was all that updating about?
