So kills the auto updates?
I suppose that does not really matter with the way vodacom rollout on updates...

It just won't work, until you flash back the SA version. For us that know when stuff come out its not a problem, but for people who aren't into it, it's a problem, and that's why I flashed back the SA version when I borrowed my Note 3 to a family member.

No. No one said it did. You claimed "Apple was there first". They weren't. They used existing technology (like all manufacturers), and used it well. That's not innovation.

Actually, you could say that it was innovative, in that their approach unified the plethora of technology available into a cohesive, platform-defining piece of technology.

Not agreeing with MCD, but I think Apple don't get as much credit in this regard as they should. If it weren't for them, we'd be suffering the ignominy of Android devices that looked and felt like Blackberries :sick:

yea, hence my statement that Competition is healthy :)
I personally love it purely because they are pretty much forcing each other to greater and greater heights.
