I just like the less lag bit.

Did I just saw a Samsung Galaxy S5 mini being advertised for R229 from Telkom?

That's an awesome price!!

Where did you see it? The best price I can see is R259 on SmartPlan 50. Still much better than R399 elsewhere.

On what contract ? I pay 450 a month for an Lg2 but I get 1.5 gb data and 240 minutes per month. Build in those costs even at standard rates and I am effectively paying around 120 per month for a better phone than an s5 mini. Doesn't seem like such a fantastic deal when broken down.

My eyes tricked me....it is R299 on Telkom Smartplan 100.

Not good, as you can get a Galaxy S4 for R299 as well....absolutely bizarre pricing.

Take your puny phone discussions to the puny phone thread - this here thread is for the proper S5 ...

Dammit!

I got it with Amazon free apps last week, I'll give it a go

No big hype, so don't expect it to blow swiftkey out the water. Much of the same. I just like the less lag bit. There are still some things I miss from swiftkey, like the number row.

Okay ... it is official ... I can no likes to like Swype! It is not nearly as intuitive as Swiftkey. I am spending more time editing the words (applies to swyping, not typing). welcome back SwiftKey!!!

Could have told you that before you even tried it. :)

Swype will only be better for people with a brain lag.
