Some users are reporting better battery life after the latest update. Perhaps placebo & perhaps the batteries just needed to go through a couple of cycles...

If it can last 24 hours with heavy use it should be fine (if you don't mind a daily charge) In my opinion anyway.
I get 3 to 4 days out of my watch at a time depending on how many notifications I am getting on it and right now that is all of them.

Similar to present but I kinda prefer dark to light though (white keyboards and numpads are not my thing).
