Samsung Galaxy S5

No I haven't. Scared it doesn't work and then I have all my stuff lost anyways. I have moved all my apps to the SD card, will they stay there and still be able to run after reset?

Like Astro said, you will have to do a backup in any case. Moving apps to the SD won't work.

I once installed a third-party camera app that broke my camera that way, a factory reset sorted it out.

Thanks guys. Will go try that tonight. It's worth the try, cause Samsung is an hour away from the south coast.

Typically vodacare outlets do a quick repair if it's closer for you

Yip, also good to tell Voda to save ur data if they can... They'll make u sign an indemnity be worth a try

Thanks dude. I've tried that but didn't even worked temporarily. Only works by rebooting the phone, until like 5 hours later.

Back up the phone with keis. Factory reset the phone.
Restore everything but 3 rd party camera apps. See how it goes.

I really hope Samsung push Android 4.4.4 out soon and then Android 5.0 soon after release date.

So why not all S5 Owners go to vodacom's facebook page and ask where the updates are.

I am willing to go do the same for any other SP if requested.

Android 5.0 hasn't been released yet.

Still can't believe we are waiting for 4.4.4... it's not even that big of an update.

We have missed several updates already (vodacom people anyway).
I ask each time and nag each time and each time it's the same bull**** reply about "will ask our technical department" and waiting for a response from TD
