As far as I know, 4.4.2 is the latest for Samsung. I don't think 4.4.4 will come to the S5. And why would anyone want 4.4.4 now? 5.0 is just around the corner.

Don't be happy if you get 4.4.4. There's faggal difference if you ask me. Maybe a lot under the hood.

I just want Lollipop!!! It looks amazing. Hope it has most of the "material design" over the Samsung's touchwiz. Google's Android version is always the best with it's own set of phone book and messages apps.

Sorry - I thought Sammobile would be up to date. The latest there is 4.4.2

So do you really want 4.4.4 ... or skip right to el Lollipop?

4.4.4 makes it a total of 4 updates that Vodacom have not applied.
That pisses me off greatly.

Thank you everyone. I have backed up my phone using Kies, did a factory reset, restored and my camera is working. I appreciate it a lot :)

Is anyone experiencing the Samsung browser crashing "this tab has crashed"? I deleted the cache partition etc and nothing helping.

I actually like the Samsung browser, so any direct experience much appreciated

You need to have a Samsung account to be able to sync your bookmarks with your desktop browser, which wasn't the case with my Galaxy S2.

Since I don't use any of Samsung's software, and therefor don't have a Samsung account, the stock browser is useless to me.

Anycase, Chrome is superfast and stable on my S5, I love it.
