KitKat manages RAM extremely well. It is not like the GB and ICS days when clearing RAM made the device more responsive. Like it was said above - it would swee mthe less RAM you have the better the phone runs under KitKat

You can get a back plate or a S view charging cover/

There are a few types of Sview covers.
Some do wireless charging while others do not.

I would just get it off Amazon if I were you but you also need a charging pad.

This. You don't need the Samsung pad; IIRC any induction charging pad will work

Pad still going to be around R800+ for quality though.
I don't know if spending R1300 to R1800 just to not plug something in is worth it. I would also want 2 pads as I like to keep my battery around the 80% mark through the day.

That and microwave ovens or something.

Apparently the phone registers as charging but due to a lack of communication it does not actually charge or something :/

Induction plates will work yes. I did it with my Lumia 920. Microwave would be a very very bad move, considering the electronic components and metal
