I will if there is a possibility that it will work. How does wireless charging actually work?

EDIT: Meh ... not ... there goes my weekend project :D

Induction plates will work yes. I did it with my Lumia 920. Microwave would be a very very bad move, considering the electronic components and metal :p

Semaphore is trying to trick you. Don't put your Galaxy onto an induction plate. There may be enough metal to melt all the plastic

hehehe ... I started the messing around with an induction cooker idea. Although it sounds kewl - the interwebz would suggest otherwise. Maybe we should start this in the Nexus 5 (built in wireless charging) thread and see how many people messes up their phones ... NOT!!!

I would not use a stove as a replacement for a charger, but the fact remains the induction stove will trigger a charge. Would i use it to charge my phone. No.

An induction stove will charge your phone, sure. But if there's ferrous metal other than the charging components, they'll also start 'charging' (read heating). Heat too much and damage will result

Yep, but anyone replacing a charger with a stove needs a frontal lobotomy.

Do you put the frontal lobotomy between the stove and the phone? Where can I get one? How much are they?

:p

Ask at your local weskoppies, sure they can setup you up with a nice deal :p Or how they did in med school, ice pick just near the tear duct to the upper right or left corner depending on the eye, and straight on until morning.

How long do I need to keep the ice pick there? I mean what time in the morning?

Free tapatalk. Sometimes delay on loading page or at top cannot change group and have to go out of app.

Downloading data is slow for me when on edge but the app itself is still snappy.

And still faster than using a browser any day.

on tapatalk? i think adielk may be interpreting the loading of data as lag. also, the app sometimes does react strangely if the connectivity is bad.

Yea. Only strange thing I have had seems to have been fixed an update or two back. Basically it would log me out if it timed out but that no longer happens
