Samsung Galaxy S5

No,

Cheap Chinese knockoffs with 8 cores instead of 4.
Don't listen to him, he is just jealous. :D

No, the Galaxy S5 only supports the 2100 and 2600 LTE bands, while Telkom Mobile uses the 2300 LTE band.

So you will get the 3G/HSPA+ model.

TakeAlot's S5's are also the non LTE version. I have a LTE and non LTE version.

Easy to tell the one has "lte" on the back cover, the other has nothing.

Good comparison video @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbuTESkEViY

I don't play games so not really much of a difference. I do notice the LTE versions screen seems very slightly better.. a bit more "crisp".

Nova Launcher rocks :-)

Has anyone elses waterproof USB cover fallen off?

My non LTE s5's fell off after 2 months of ownership. Sent it back to Takealot to see what they're going to do about it.. still waiting to hear.

Googled and I see it's quite a common problem. Pity, such a great phone and you'd think they'd make the waterproof flap of all things a bit more durable. I don't pull it or do anything rough with it, just normal open/close.

I see there are some serious hints about the S6 flying around now.

Samsung's sales are lagging a bit & I suspect they will have a more aggressive roll-out of new phones and tablets.

As soon as Qualcomm release a new SoC, a Samsung phone/tablet will be released with it.

I find the code name very intriguing..
S5 was Project K
S6 is Project Zero
