Samsung Galaxy S6

I am looking for an app that toggles between 3G and 4G, in order to save on battery life when 4G signal is poor. I know how to switch of 4G the long way via the settings menu, but looking for an app, like a switch on the homescreen, to switch 3G and 4G instantly.
I did a search. There are a few apps. But some dont work with the S6 and some dont work with lollipop.
If any of you are using such an app and are happy with it, please share.
Thanks

This, but requires root: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/widget-toggle-network-type-5-0-xda-t2945406

Is it really worth it to update?
I read lot of people getting poor battery performance and heating issues with 5.1.1

Nope, hell. It makes the ram issues worse. I'd go as far to say avoid 5.1.1 until android m comes out. Battery life isn't worse for me, but I find that it does seem to get a bit hotter in general.

I second this. Ram is BS, my device is lagging heavily and like a brick out of hell after a few minutes using apps I've used before for hours. Don't even get me started on trying to record a video feels like my hands are burning

And the sad part is theres an easy fix for the ram issue, but it requires root. Wish Samsung would get with it.

Well, you jump shipped to the G4, but there's not much to chat about on the S6 side.

Turns out I can confirm that charging the S6 using the wireless charger really DOES help the battery to last longer. That fast charge is useful, but the charge disappears just as rapidly.

And thank goodness for the Ultra Power Saving mode. My top tip: click on 'Edit' on your quick launch panel on the homescreen and ensure that you drag the option for 'Ultra Power Saving mode' into your main batch of shortcuts. You'll thank me later. Now the first time you hear that low-battery warning, you activate Ultra Power Saving and you get another few hours out of the phone, no problem ... phew!

Just so that all of us S6 owners can feel smug, this is a feature the G4 apparently doesn't have ;)
