Samsung Galaxy S7

Is it better to take the phone for repairs to the Samsung Repair centre directly or to go via the carrier (Vodacom) ?

Got an led view cover yesterday. Pretty amusing. Still have a screen protector on though as the Clearview cover I had scuffed my last screen.

Guys, my S7 edge is in a boot loop until battery dies. Recharged fully and again refuses to startup.

Just now my S7 did the same thing but after a few minutes rebooted just fine.

Is there something going on with Android on Samsung S7/S7E phones?

Have you tried to put it into download mode rather than switch it on and reflash with Odin?

Perhaps try do a factory reset from Recovery mode first?

Volume Up + Home + Power button, until you see Samsung logo. Then select from Recovery Mode menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm

Hi guys, so last week my Mother dropped her Gold S7 Edge and the Display cracked, I took it for an ADH Repair at Smart Care Constantia, today I get an email from them stating the Main Board is faulty and that it will be R3900 to to fix

Now if I'm not mistaken a Main Board that is faulty should fall under warranty fix, shouldn't it?

I'm pretty sure I've had faulty may not boards fixed before while they fix the screen all for free.

Are they trying to pull a fast one on us?
