have you flashed with, or without, the sim card?
without the sim in
hmmm... only thing i can suggest is to to do a complete wipe from recovery, and then boot straight into download mode for odin... all while keeping the sim out.
where is recovery from holding power, Bixby and volume up
from what i understand:
Changes Over The Note 8; Will Samsung Take It Slow In 2018?
Press and hold the power button to turn off your Galaxy S9 or S9+.
After turning your phone off, press and hold Bixby button (right below the volume keys), Volume Up, and Power button at the same time.
You will see a blue screen (it’s not of death!), which will say “installing system update” followed by “No command.”
After about 20 to 30 seconds, your Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9+ will show you the Recovery menu.
stays xfa/xfa/xfa
silly question, but are you sure you are flashing XFE?![]()
