Samsung S21 Poor Battery

May be a software issue? I bought the normal S21 and so far experiencing better SOT than my S20, running a bit cooler too.
I have all the fancy stuff turned on but I only play with it in the evenings, until Samsung pulls finger and sends me my voucher for a case.
 
If I bought such an expensive phone it had better perform properly without issues. Otherwise I would take it back and ask for a refund. Noone has time to mess around with settings etc just to get it to work like it should. Not acceptable in the price bracket it's in.
 
Just had a software update, second one in a week. Hope this will improve battery life.
 
I like the phone, I would not say that the battery is weak, I have all the necessary programs that I use during the day and by the evening I have half the charge left.
 
A bit of a necro but i fixed my S21 Ultras battery problem by turning off adaptive brightness
That **** chewed through charge on both my S21 Ultra and Xperia XA2 Ultra
