Samsung S3 Mini losing network

Hi All

For the last three days my Samsung S3 mini keep on losing the network (CellC) I've tried different sim cards (also CellC) even reset the device this morning to factory default no luck at all.

Anyone else with the same problem?
Can it be my phone?

My Blackberry working OK also with CellC

I have the same problem right now. Loses network completely.
Can't download off WhatsApp, even when signal strengh is displayed as full.
It does respond, by going from 3G to HSDPA, but the download still fails.

Still the same, however with my Telkom mobile sim it works 100%

And now I'm having the same issues with my 3G dongle just won't connect with my CellC sim cards again my Telkom sim works (using it now)

Cell_C (DM) check your inbox.
 
I have the same problem since this morning on my HTC One M8. I restart and then signal appears but then disappears again.
 
I've had the same kind of problem on my 3mini. But when I do a restart it's ok again.
 
@animal531 lucky you! Still no network but I'm going to take it to their repair centre in Tygervally Centre tomorrow.
 
Update: Since last night everything seems to be normal again....S3 mini and 3G dongle works fine.:)
 
Update:

Had to book it in this afternoon (no network for almost the whole day:mad:)

They will call me tomorrow with the results of the testing.
 
Update:

Received SMS yesterday that my S3 has been sent to Cell C Adavanced Repair Centre in Midrand.

@DM.....Can't get any Cell C network on my 3G dongle since yesterday afternoon (used three Cell C sim cards) it works OK with my Telkom Mobile sim.

This is the second weekend in a row that I can't use my Cell C data contract sim or any of my prepaid sims.

Please let your Tech Guys sort out this problem, because I'm not going to pay a service that I can't use.

Still can't connect to Cell C with my 3G dongle (Telkom works fine) getting full signal, can't even do a balance check and when I try to connect it shows this error Network_Issues1.jpg
 
Update:

Called Cell C yesterday afternoon because I've heard nothing from them.....it will take two more weeks for their tech guys to try to sort out the problem.:mad:

@Cell_C DM....can't you organize a loan set for me? Thanks.

What signal strength does your 3G dongle get on Cell C?
 
@ginggs....my 3G dongle is now working again apologies for not updating my dongle issues. I had full signal all the time but just could not connect however my Telkom sim worked fine during that time.

Is the Cell ID or signal different between when it works and when it doesn't?
 
Hi ginggs....how do I determine the Cell ID?

Had full signal even if I could not connect the device.
