Samsung S630 problems - please help

I have a Samsung S630 and suddenly the lens won't retract. While I press the power button the green light shines but switches off when I let go, which is sometimes followed by a very slight tick sound.

Is there a quick and easy way to fix this?

i have the SAME identical problem as you, my camera just stopped working and doing what you mentioned...have you found a solution to this problem?
