Erm, this was official months ago? From August:
It’s official; Samsung will not launch a new Galaxy Note series device in 2021. That's according to Dr. TM Roh, Samsung's President and Head of Mobile Communications. Indeed, that may not have come as a surprise to some, as there have been speculation about it for months.

Article is about why good that it's dropping it, still think its a bad idea due to the S Pen being pretty useful for e.g. those writing in Kanji.
 
The upcoming S22ultra will have the pen, and it will look like a note unlike the rest of the S22's... - this is all 2 months old news..... oh and a chunk of the mid to top range phones from Sammy will have pen support - just have to buy one...

And lose it every few days because there is no place to store the pen.
 
Makes sense although this is old news.

But yea the regular phones are now way bigger already.
