After reading the post by Gary, all i can do is shake my head. This panel is hopeless, and so the fight continues at ground level

Wouldn't surprise me if they get the cellphone networks to prove locations.
Would love to see them use it in court. Location info isn't exact and doesn't get recorded the whole time.I would love to see that... the nightmare trying to consolidate timeframes , phones number etc. What about people having a lift club , would still show them "at the gantry" but not in their car ?
