Sansui lifepad etab m9021g having problem

Goodday just wanna find out what can i do have a sansui tab m9021g tried everything reset ,recovery mode tab goes on just showing android is starting (starting app) on screen but nothing happens. doesnt go further than that. how can i resolve this problem....?
