6 hours to charge from being completely dead?
Yep. Battery seems to be depleting while the tablet is at home also.

I downloaded drivers and not to sure how to install the touch screen drivers, it won't except the goodie driver at all?
Mine's touchscreen has also stopped working after the Win10 update. It didn't even give me the option of keeping all files/drivers when doing the "normal" update via windows update.
Seriously considering taking the tablet back to Hi-fi and asking for an exchange for a different tablet - maybe the Sero 8 pro - instead of going through all the effort of reverting back and upgrading again. Waste of time and money that.
Update:
Took the tablet back to Hi-Fi. The refunded without asking any questions. (Saw it was unusable with the touchscreen not receiving any input). Took the money, went back a week later ang got the Sero 8 Pro for a hundreds bucks more.
My experience with the Sero 8 thus far has been infinitely better than the Sansui. (And I think I might still have access to Office 360 and the Skype call minutes on my windows account. Still have to check).
Not saying all this to knock the Sansui for no reason. But I did purchase it based on what was written in this thread. In the end I am glad the touchscreen went dead and now have a better (IMHO) tablet.
Let us know if you're successful in exchanging it for the Sero 8, I've only used my WIB802 for a few hours (Upgrading to windows 10 -.-) because the touch screen is extremely frustrating to use in terms of precision![]()
Did a restore this morning with the OTG cable + USB power hub. Restore went butter smooth. Going to see if I can upgrade to Windows 10 again, but I needed to create another account as I could not remember my previous account :wtf:
Called Sansui SA and they also said backup the drivers and re-use them in Windows 10, but I did tried that on my first attempt. I think I should boot into safe mode and uninstall the drivers there and then reinstall it and see if it helps.
Is there a faster way to get the Windows 10 upgrade request from MS than to wait for them to send if you click on the window icon in the task bar?
