SAPO dont have the staff to handle what they are doing at the moment, adding more to that is just going to make it worse.
And nobody at SAPO customer service ever responds to an email or answers a phone
What did you expect? That anything state-owned works?I'm finding that the SAPO tracking sites no longer give any info once the item hits SA.
However, 17track does work; Also the origin mailer tracker too; i.e., something sent with Royal Mail will show tracking data on the Royal Mail system once the item is scanned in in SA, but the SAPO systems give nothing!
