Hi.
Can someone please help with tracking a parcel?
The parcel is from Germany. It arrived in SA on 26 June.
Cleared customs on 1 July. Now it just says JHB HUB.
I did get the local tracking number and while getting it the SAPO guy told me my parcel was in Pta.
Can i phone someone personally to help me.
I am willing to go and collect it myself if need be.
I have send 3 mails to customer service and tried 4 different numbers. But no help.
If someone can please help me.
