Yes, that is a generalisation, you would need some evidence to back that up or state that in your experience or opinion![]()
As far as I can recall, R/SGT is employed as a member of the police force. If he's come across people in the townships that would rather deal with white officers rather than black officers, then it means the people in the townships think that the black officers don't have a good work ethic as described above.R/SGT said:It's actually surprising how often black members of the public would rather deal with a white officer than a black officer, they feel that white officers will:
A - Be more sympathetic to their complaints
B - Not try to charge them for opening a docket
I have experienced this quite often when working in the township.
In the SAPS today there should be only one colour BLUE
I'm not saying black people cannot have a good work ethic. I'm saying that the culture and attitude of many black people today lead to a bad work ethic.xtermin8or said:Good or bad work ethics is not based on race, maybe education, job satisfaction, etc. etc.
That you can point to a few examples of civil servants being the stereotypical civil servant isn't proof of anything.
Why then are you supporting the policies of a racist government?Good or bad work ethics is not based on race, maybe education, job satisfaction, etc. etc.
Well said.In the SAPS today there should be only one colour BLUE

Having a demographically balanced police service is by no means assurance of good service; rather you want dedicated individuals from all walks of life
and a demographically unbalanced police service is no assurance of good service either
