a. account number
b. sort code / Swift / BIC /IBAN
c. Reference.
No, not in South Africa. Here you need some super over complex way of wasting time.

To pay SARS you just need your SARS reference number plus some added unique codes. ITA is the easiest.
Let's say your SARS ITA number is 1234567890, then your account number on the bank online banking reference will be 1234567890T00000000.
If SARS PROV or any other then it will change every time you need to pay them. It can b like this: 1234567890P00012019
To get the correct reference number you will need to contact SARS

The reference numbers are in hand, accounted created these.
I fail to generate the payment. Tried to add the bank account. Kept looking inside ABSA for the approval thing to appear. We know this works for others, thus it must work for me.
{Used Beltel before there was internet banking and any payment system needed since then. Local and international on a number of continents. Frustrated I am with this SARS method.}
Will try this in next few minutes ago.
