I had the same issue so I 'printed' the PDF to DoPDF and submitted the new one and it accepted it

I had those issues with a PDF last year.

I ended up taking screen shots of the different pages saving them as jpegs and submitting those.
 
Last year I was selected for audit and it took forever. This year I did my return Monday evening and the money is in the bank this morning. So happy!
 
Aah...ok cool thanks guys - will try that and see if i can get the documents submitted.

Edit - Managed to print to PDF but now the link is greyed out - cannot add additional documents once submitted. Rookie mistake :-(

Last year my company liquidated our pension fund scheme.
My understanding is that the Tax Withheld should be paid out in this years filing correct?

Submitted the return, but the calculation says R0.00... :erm:
Does it take time for the calculation?

You need to revise up your return and it'll allow you resubmit docs.

Hi Guys

What documents do I submit when SARS sends me a document request. I have my IRp5, medical aid certificate and investment certificate. Is there anything else I should submit?
 
It's all the documents u used when you was entering your figures in your assessment...all I sent was my irp and medical tax certificate
 
Thanks to every1 that assissted me here...Here's my summary to future submitters....filed and submitted docs on the 1st...audit was completed on the 5th...refunded on the 9th....till next year tc
 
Another odd question.

We had an accountant that left, before leaving she submitted our irp5's

Our new accountant then submitted our IRP5's again thinking it had not already been done.

Myself and a few others went through the process and submitted, not noticing that we have 2 certificates instead of one.

SARS have now taxed us on both, meaning we "owe" large sums of money.

Our accountant (new one) deleted his submissions.

Today after calling the sars hotline she got me to go through the dispute process.

All documents uploaded etc.

Any idea how long it will take for the next step and what that will be?

This is why I triple check my ITR12 before submitting, hope you get right quick.

Check and Save and Calculate.

Check again and Save and Calculate.

Check again and Submit.

So I have to ask :p:

Did you even calculate bro?
