My Tax lady is saying SARS is withholding my funds until I submit my 2017 TAX, why TF are they only asking me now? They could have brought this up a few years ago.

I got super lucky and randomly found my IRP5 from 2017 in a drawer. Gonna wipe the smile off their face.
