Hi,
I work from home 3 times a week, and since covid I have been claiming WFH with no issues.
This year I get this letter I need to send this: "
Employment contract or letter from Employer confirming the use of home office (stating why the taxpayer is required to perform work
from home as well as whether an office is provided at the employer's premises"
I do have an office and I go there twice a week, did something change ?is it even worth getting this letter and submitting it?
Wait for next covid batch. @ShaunSA told me that his china friends have sent shipment of virus.Hi,

Because they are scared and dont want to end up dead. The clowns at SARS spend all this resources to disallow home office claims yet does almost no background work on big fish politicians, cadres and crooked business people. Every person charged or even accused with any white collar crimes should automatically be investigated but sars. But that is too much work for them. Rather go after soft targets.
How much do you expect to get paid for WFH claim? Is it worth fighting for ? You only can decide.Doesn't look like i'll be able to meet the deadline.
is it better to wait until i get all the document?
submit what I have?
or should i rather remove my wfh claim.
So it could be as soon as mid next month that we get our mid year bonuses. How nice
