Malema is a replacement for Egoli all on his own.

In tomorrow's episode the "forces of darkness" will make another appearance (ensure that you have industrial strength air freshener nearby for when Malema finally does push that putty all the way).
 
He won't go to Jail.

Unless he tries to leave the country all he did was not pay tax. He'll just be fined. Try and get him to leave the country on a trip and then we might have a tax evasion charge now that would be awesome :p

Does Malema have a VIP protection convoy?

Vuvuzela could instigate the kidnapping of an unsuspecting ANC supporter and take him home for a bit of one on one time (as ANC politicians do these days) with the Vuvuzela and his gang of mates.

Well our Pres Zuma's charges of Corruption against him were dropped. What makes you think Julias's case will be any different? He can do what he likes becuase he's already set a precedent for that and he's never rebuked by daddy. If his name is mentioned by the tabloids for anything he thinks the racist whites are targeting him.
