Save to cloud storage instead of drive

So, instead of downloading & saving a file to your hard drive, then uploading it again to an online storage account, is there a way to save it directly to an online storage account.

I use sugarsync, but it's more of a backup type service. It sync files on your harddrive automatically with the cloud. Really useful when I forget files at the office that I need.

Skydrive and Dropbox will give you a local and online copy. They autosync as the file changes locally.

We use Google Drive at the office for all non-confidential files (searchable reference books, etc). Pay them about $30 a month

I am very familiar with dropbox, 4share etc & have accounts with most.

But the question is : is there any means, app, service where can copy / download a file from its source and save it directly to cloud storage.
This, instead of downloading from source to local computer then up again to cloud.
