Scam or legit?

Received this message today, not sure if its fake or not.Im not aware of this website/email address and if its legitimately related to telkom or not or just another scam. Any insight would be appreciated.

Looks like there are 2 links in there? TelkomMonate and tlcrewards. Im guessing they are hoping a certain amount of people click on the second link thinking its one link.

Alright, well thanks for all your contributions; it seems there are mixed opinions as to whether its a scam or not, guess i'll err on the side of caution on this.
