Oh, I'm aware that my rights are not absolute.... but when it comes to a public thoroughfare, ones right to security in a private property, does not trump the right to freedom of movement in a public space that is adjacent to the private property.

I am merely trying to show Pitbull that his little tirade about stopping ppl from using a public road is probably going to land him in hot water.
