Has anyone who lost money before the "liquidation" been paid back yet?

Im pretty sure if someone who is reading the thread and was affected, was paid back, they would have mentioned it.
But considering the "stuck in shipping" was a lie and the liquidation was a lie, I dont think anyone has been paid.

I think the gogo's that put their life savings in VBS will be paid out before Scott's customers are refunded.
