B. Business Rescue, what Business Rescue ?

I don't use the term lightly, members paid upfront for goods that was never received. Never replied again. Liquidation and business rescue would in practice have tied members hands in a legal framework to some extend. Considering A and B, never happened, it is fraud. Fraud or rather corporate fraud is a polite way of saying what it really is slang, scammer.....

There is no evidence to suggest he has ever paid back anyone, promise to rectify, refund or any other forms of compensation.

And yes if he is registered with CIPC as proven earlier in this very thread he is indeed in breach of the companies act.

It has been several months with no resolution. I suggest people that have been defrauded to fill in this form and submit it with all the relevant information, invoices, emails, ect.... The more people fill it out and submit it the better the odds of succeeding......

So if he's resumed operations surely that means that all the the items that were "stuck with the courier" or "stuck with customs" have been released? I mean how will the courier be taking on new work for him if there is anything outstanding.

And I know I am being facetious here, the items paid for by clients and Scott never ordered. But these were the excuses that Scott used when people didn't get their goods. Along with the lies of the liquidation.

Long story short, there have been far more lies than truths told, so really take anything Scott says with a pallet of salt.
