WTF? You robbed me and others of their money pretending to order items which turned out to be just cart screenshots.

You said you were liquidating and that all items that you so called ordered are stuck with the couriers and your hands were tied. Now you are back like nothing happened?

Can a journalist please shine some light on this fraudster?
What did he say when you emailed him and when is he going to pay you back? Also if he robbed you , did you report it to the police ? (just for giggles of course because we know how amazing our justice system is)

Yes really! Or how would you rather he proceeds? You want him to burn in a hellfire? would that be a much better outcome to you?
He should give a real update to the forum.
What actually happened, and what is happening now, and how he intends on making it right.
The "PM me for price" strategy means, to me, that there are just more shenanigans

If he gives an update now then he will be asked even more questions, which in turn will take him away from dealing with his actual clients, they are the ones who deserve his attention right now, we are only watching from the sidelines and weren't affected by this. Lets exercise some patience and not turn this into a Jerry Springer show.

Rubbish. He isn't dealing with his clients.
They're still here in this thread saying they emailed him again.
He knows who are his clients, and what he needs to do to make right.

He wont get back to everyone at the same time, he will deal with each client individually and that will take time. Its not like Scott has a whole customer service department filled with representatives. How do you want him to make it right when you wont even give him the opportunity to do so?

Everyone just needs to calm down!!!!!!

He has the SSS team!

Well ain't that a pity. Representing himself as a team and creating the impression that people work there that will help. LULZ
We all know there is no team, Or they got retrenched during the "Liquidation". But for now he is alone.

as far as I remember he was in business rescue and he thought liquidation was the best option and would happen, but he would update with more information.

for now we can just post meme's and wait for the people wronged by him to come back with either more horror stories or with positive information.

I am hoping for positive resolutions and for the business to come back and become something that can be recommended again.

a small business going under does no one any good. a small business overcoming some serious hardship and bouncing back is the kind of positive news we all want to hear
@ScottulusMaximus get this guy a referral code.

Or at least a custom SSS hoodie!

He is a malevolent force, a sworn adversary who ought to be relegated to the darkness from which he emerged, his presence no longer tolerated in this realm of the righteous.
Damn @epah is this true, is this pic below really you??!

Seems like SSS has been slipping @epah handjobs under the table and now she feels obliged to defend him come what may.
Some people will sell their souls for anything :(

Can one come out of liquidation.?
No, a company cannot "come out of" liquidation in the sense that it can resume operations under its existing legal structure once it has been liquidated, as liquidation essentially dissolves the company and it ceases to exist; however, individuals could potentially start a new business using assets acquired from the liquidated company, or in some rare cases, a court might reinstate a company under specific circumstances if it is deemed to have been wrongly liquidated.

Key points about liquidation:
  • Company dissolution: Once a company is liquidated, it is legally dissolved and can no longer trade under its existing name or registration number.

  • Asset sale: During liquidation, all company assets are sold to pay off creditors.

  • No business operations: After liquidation, the company cannot continue business operations unless specifically allowed by the court for the purpose of selling assets.
My Google overlords state so, so must be true.!
