Pretty sure that there's some serious ramifications of claiming liquidation and then stating otherwise and is possibly unlawful including possible common law fraud, possible misrepresentation in terms of the companies act, possible contravention of the insolvency act not to mention possible CIPC regulatory violations. I would be even happier if the people who need refunds or items that were stuck in shipping get what they need to resolve their issues.

He used this forum and its community as part of his marketing so I'd say its in his best interest to try and repair that but he is of course not obligated to do that.

That's an interesting angle because publicly claiming liquidation and that being false is a pretty serious misrepresentation to creditors and other affected parties.
