Starting up the company with the same name isn’t smart. People are going to post all over his Facebook page and comments. I’ve already seen one comment posted …

So yes - it’s the end of the Scotts, regardless what happens
 
I see you can also leave reviews on Facebook pages, maybe some of those that lost money should share their experiences to protect other unsuspecting victims:

The www.scottshipping.co.za thread has been closed (possibly due to my last post of making a roadtrip to their address - as that post was deleted "We do not post members' addresses under any circumstances").

Firstly, the address I posted is listed publicly on their website:

So I believe that the thread closure and post deletion was in error.

Be that as it may, as seen on the following 2 threads this company has taken people's money and not delivered on many occasions, for months.

I wish @ScottulusMaximus would just come and clear his name, if no one was scammed, it’s all above board and the liquidation claim was just a big old mixup then why not, otherwise the silence is deafening and the continued speculation is unsurprising.

I've seen good men go down with their businesses when they didn't manage their cash flow but they didn't throw their customers under the bus or try mislead them/go silent.
As they say when it quacks like a duck...

He already played victim and said he won't endure this unfounded abuse anymore. Lol
 
By the looks of it, he ditched the battery "business", and back to focussing on the shipping part of it, like where he started off
