WTF, I have two accounts - a 512 and 384. My 512 is DEAD, but i just dialed up now with the 384 login info and its working ?!?! (still slow tho!)

I cooled down as well - so not sure whether they have deactivated me on their network.

I pM'd him and got no reply, which is very unusual. He usually replies very promptly...
Well, I thought they were only accepting new subscribers in January when they were scheduled to have more capacity.
To my suprise, I receive my login details on New Years eve. I then called on Monday to find out what is going to happen with regards to payment, as I never signed a debit order authorization form and a man needs to budget ofcourse. I was told that someone in accounts would call me back. Never heard from them since.
An sms comes through this morning stating that R399 had gone off my account. WTF?
Now, if no one answers the phone, no one in accounts is prepared to call back, what do I do, wait for the nasty emails to say I'm in arrears?

You're right - not very smart - BUT , they made assurances to me via email everything was in order. Also , where are all these complaints ? I don't have the time to go through hundreds of posts on MyBB - some of which ( of the one's I did go through ) were positive I might add - They said their stuff would be ok in Jan , some peeps said they're working fine.. what are we to do? Anyways , cancel/reverse debit order. No loss , but for a bit of nuisance factor.

Well I too am giving up. Technic does not answer so called sales and on third attempt after being cut off got through and again was told they are doing maintainance! I have yet to get anything above 190kbps that on a 4Mbps line shocking and who do we complain to?
THAT my dear friend is the biggest issue right now.
no one is saying squat and my connection has been terrible for 3 days.
I was also of course a bit skeptical of their https website which wasn't actually very safe.
Ho Humm though. I doubt my debit has gone off yet.
Anyone tried to access their usage site as well? That also gives off some certification error as well.

I signed up in the last week of December, and my username has a number therein that may be reflective of the number of subs. so I could be sub number 3400 odd.
