Screamer WiMax

All was ok until Noetel took a nose dive at 9 and start showing very high latencies :(

my wimax connection went very slow since last night, anyone else experiencing this problem?

looks like they are shaping p2p traffic because a normal HTTP download runs at normal speed... can anybody confirm this?

Think it is 5ghz but not 100% sure.
Can a Screamer rep please indicate what kind of ping I can expect in game?

Connection seems pretty decent for me at the moment , Through gamemax around 260ms with skype comms running as well.

Also tanka what are you referring to? Local or international games >_>

did some icc 10 last night
connection was stable will see how it goes again tonight with 25man VOA

ok a support techie just told me that they are shaping p2p traffic indeed, till the new link is up later this week :(

Howzit, I am having latency issues still, Noetel seems to be very unstable during the evening, to a point I cant raid.I Pm'ed you a few tracert's.

hmm last night was interesting. was getting about 1 - 2k Latency last night.
Dunno if this is due the the issues Blizzard are having , some of the guildies were moaning about lag spikes as well..
also had about 6 disconnects while running around sunwell with guild. ( we were bored )

4 -5 k latencies again for the last two hours. "howzit" my account number is incoming via PM to you please lets sort this out.

"bad" does not even explain how awefull the upstream is right now

eish..

well just got an email telling me that there is some maintenance work going on this sunday , on the upstream provider from 08h00.

i just hope i dont have bad lag when i get home tonight..

Appalling would be an improvement.

We have to wait for Sunday for it to be fixed? What. The. F**k

Still absolutely dead this side.

Oh okay no worries lets play some MW:2 oh wait it needs to update and will be ready in approximately 4 days on my connection.

--- google.com ping statistics ---
100 packets transmitted, 59 received, 41% packet loss, time 1120ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 254.283/266.795/334.461/15.890 ms, pipe 27

Same ****, different day. Getting a bit boring.

Oh and I see Screamer are still trying to bill their customers as 12c per MB for overuse, instead of the 3c/MB they now advertise, guess I'll drop a mail to the ASA... I've locked my account for now, you can stick your invoices where the sun doesn't shine.

If you want a cent from me, fix your network. Or better yet, stop breaking the damn thing.

My connection is working just fine this morning

No one cares about your nonsense propaganda from Screamer employees.

EVERYONE else has next to zero internet connectivity. But of course, you always do. Well good for you, you can be the last remaining screamer customer.
