Good day

I have a apple watch series 4 40mm that fell and the screen cracked, it's still functional. Been calling around for a place to replace the screen. istore said they don't do screen replacement for watches , the only place so far that is willing to do it want R5500. Please recommend a reliable place with reasonable.

Why not just claim from insurance and get a new one. Accidental damage is covered.

Excess will be lower than any repair.

Why don't you just order a replacement screen off ebay and risk replacing it yourself. They come with all the tools needed and I'm sure YouTube or ifixit will have a few videos to get you on your way. The screens go for about $20 plus the same for shipping etc. Cheaper if you feel a bit adventurous.

Would definitely not recommend this. Most screens on eBay are cheap generic ones. I've been down this road before with a Series 3 watch. Screen kept lifting again after a few months.

Rather have insurance replace the watch. Also, stay the **** away from weFix - they tried to fix another Apple device of mine. Had to return it 4 times to have the problem fixed. Eventually just gave up.

That was my last option, but not sure I have the skill to do it properly.
