SD PVR Dual View

So got an SD PVR Dual View for R800 off friend whose moving to Oz.
Installed at my Moms place with Twin LNB.
TV Link in 2nd Room - But TV 2 not working.
Do i have to get them to activate Dual View?
Or will it be automatically activated if profile/decoder changed to SD PVR on her account?

You need to get them to activate the pvr functionality to use the pvr and the second channel. Do you get a message "TV 2 disabled" or something?

I checked online account & shows PVR added to bouquet.
Can i just send an online E16 reset?
Last time i called, was on the fone for 40 minutes
