Its pretty much a given who would win the bet
This piece of crap cable must hold some kind of record for being the most UNRELIABLE undersea cable ever...
But the fact that it goes down the same time each year, more or less... seems to not worry anyone- of course not, its deliberate, kind of like insurance fraud, except its hard to prove.
