Searching for the right one

Hi there.

Im on the search for a new internet package. looking for an uncapped (or a decent hard cap) option on a 384 kbps line.
Was looking at the Axxess just uncapped for R196, but I dont know much about Axxess or if there is anything better.
I dont have a big budget - so I know I'm not going to be getting the best of whats out there, but I do want to get the best possible option that I can.
Feeling quite clueless at the moment so any advice will be great!

axxess = easy signup and support, decent speed, but that 20%, 50% & 80% throtteling rule of IS stink... i'm using them as my backup for years without any problem.
