Secure Email -- SA provider

I guess this is the correct place for discussion about email providers as this seems to occur with hosting companies ?
If not , apologies and please move to correct home.

So
This is really something of a two part question ...

As far as hosting is concerned.
I notice some unhappiness in connection with Hetzner price increases
The suggested alternative that seems to be universally suggested is -- domains.co.za
All good and well -- do they however offer a secure email facility ?

I do have my own domain registered ( really small and only using for email at this point in time )
I would however like a separate ( "non-traceable" ) email address purely for those times one needs to be a bit more incognito
IF something like this is offered by domains.co.za should the web hosting and secure email be handled by the same company ?

What would you clever and experienced guys suggest for such a scenario ?
