Secure Storage solution for documents and media

So I currently use Google drive to backup and store data which I do not want to lose.
However, I definately wont use it to store sensitive files and documents due to hacking.

So what options is available to secure sensitive data that I definitley do not want anybody to access. Currently i use "Secure folder" on my S10, but if my phone crashes or gets stolen that data will be lost.

So what secure long term storage solutions are out there which I wont have to worry about being lost, stolen, obsolete, damaged, etc, but at the same time will allow easy access when required.

Microsoft recently added a new feature to OneDrive called Storage Vault. Available on the android app and has 2FA. I haven't used it yet.

I'll have a look into that, I will see if I can add the app to my secure folder as I do not want any other apps accessing the files
