Johannesburg - National police commissioner Bheki Cele's spokesperson has confirmed that semen was found on the body of Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging leader Eugene Terre'Blanche.

"His body was found half naked with semen on his private part. That is not new information. It has always been part of the evidence," said Nonkululeko Mbatha.

Mbatha said this was part of the evidence being investigated and there were other leads being followed by the police.

Cele told a Sunday newspaper that the "sex issue" had always been there because Terre'Blanche's body was found with his pants down and "(they) were wet with semen".

However, Cele said there was no condom found on the scene (as was reported in the media last week).


There were sex rumours in the right wing leader's murder case that the defence decided to abandon when the suspects appeared in the Ventersdorp Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.

Lawyer Puna Moroko, representing one of the two accused of Terre'Blanche's death - Chris Mahlangu, 28 - told journalists outside the court that his client initially spoke of being sodomised by the AWB leader, but that further questioning had revealed this could not be true.

“He (Mahlangu) mentioned 'sodomy' to me (but) the consultation was very short... It didn't satisfy me, it just did not make sense to me, that's why I abandoned it,” said Moroko.

“I am not satisfied that there was sodomy and my client accepted my advice.”

Media.... people should study what the human body does just before death. (Its not uncommon to ejaculate during convulsions close to the time of death) They could have also said 'ET crapped in his pants' when he was hit with a machetti. This is pure amateur reporting and police detective work.

That's low even for by already low right wing standards. So he shot up so powerfully that it got his pants down & landed on his body? That's like that line from Eminem in Guilty conscience where he asks. "What? She tripped fell & landed on his d...?"

As I was told. 15 is the legal working age in SA. So what is minor? Minor to vote, one year to shag, minor to drive and drink.... At 16 you can shag our ass off you are not allowed to do it with someone older or video it. But you are allowed to work look after a family and earn wages. Children Fsk at 12. Mothers sell their children at age 3 to the highest bidder. And boy the media wants sooooooo badly for ET to be a perv. Cause if the sickest white idiot this country had is a perv it makes up for everything else anybody else did,
 
We should also consider the possibility that ET was sodomised after being unconscious.
That would certainly be the ultimate humiliation.
If this turns out to be the case, a right wing backlash would certainly occur.

LOL .. there are many reports.. one said 'Semen was found on his private parts' and other reporters have changed that to 'His body'. The reporters dont say if it was on his underclothes (pre or post pant-down)
I am not defending that ET ****bag... but forming an opinion without knowing the facts is dangerous. Whether is liked little boys or not - its innocent until proven guilty. (if he was a fiddler, then death is too good)

The question remains: Whose semen? DNA tests would probably soon point to whose semen it was. Was it Terreblanche's semen or was it one of the murderers semen?

The very same minor in question had to clean the Ventersdorp police station. He did community service for a previous sentence of theft. A sentence dished out by a South African magistrates court. Can the court bypass the law by handing out community service to a minor? Or is community service not regarded as work?
