And waht about the first report on the Mother's story? What happend to that?

This is going to be the same cookoo mess the Freestate Uni and the Video became. The more sensation and money can be made the more the story will change.

True.
The paramedic was first on the scene. He made a detailed submission (under oath) of his findings. This he gave to the dominie (the pastor) that buried ET. As far as i know, the submission is still in the pastors posession.

Remember this latest revelation has been attributed to the police chief (or is General Cele now)... so the head of the police force you were happy to lap up last week when they denied the sexual angle has now come out and said there's a sex link... by last week's logic you should be taking it as gospel (as happened last week).
 
Also keep in mind that the Police/Govt might be trying to discredit ET as a sicko in the hope that the AWB people will disown ET as an icon. Unfortunately every new change in the story is infuriating the AWB even more.

In the current situation, where the police stated at the murder scene that it was not a political murder but simply crime, i do not believe that the police would be unbiased.
The pastor cannot take a statement under oath. The statement had to be made before a justice of the peace. It was given to the pastor for safekeeping.

+10. Just strange how a story can go 180 when the media is bored, I love reading news and I like to think that things that are in the news are as factual as possible :(
Next week he and the older guy will have been running a child trafficking ring ..

It might be that he is the commissioner of oath of the town? And like Blu said, we all know how conveniently dockets disappear. Or it might have been the only person around.

The AWB is enfuriated. They are meeting with the minister of police today.
I would be very careful if i was a reporter. I would make a habit of checking under my car. There are some loonies out there.

This is a sticky law i see. ( pg7)
Since the legal school leaving age is 15, you then are allowed to work too.. But I guess the parents can be held liable if they were found not to have sent the child to school.
And this sand the report is 2008 and in two years it could have been changed many times over.

You are allowed to buy condoms at age 12 but please do not smoke .... (fsk this is puke worthy). This is an interesting document.

IF the pastor is ORDAINED -- ie is licensed to marry people is he then not also automatically a Justice of the Peace ???
ie
He may / can take sworn statements -- sign documents etc etc
however
There is NO client attorney privilege -- cops can DEMAND that sworn statement.

I STRONGLY suggest the guy gets a GOOD lawyer.

( Bit late though -- because the dominee can be called as a witness and MUST testify)

What does crowing about the whole ghoulish affair make you? Judging from your other "contributions" I would say the applicable word rhymes with "roll".
