Senta office 365 issue

Having the following issue with the senta.co and office 365 integration.
We can't get the email receiving to work, the sending we manage.

We keep getting this error Code MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI .

Their supports advise has been we need to reach out to microsoft.

This isn't really making sense as we are definitely not on an exchange server.
We are using Microsoft 365 business standard.

Turns out issue was bit defender's threat defense blocking the connection between the two. Not sure how
