Sentech's lack of Bandwidth Software

I think you're original description was somewhat more accurate, and more too kind than too harsh, but thats just me.
Is there anyone out there that knows if Sentech is growing their wireless business or whether they are actually loosing customers? I suspect they are loosing customers and I would love to know where I can find more information on this?
Also, as a parastatal, does Sentech receive any government subsidies for their services? I know that according to the PFMA (Public Financa Management Act) they are classified as a "business", but most (I suspect all) parastatals receive some kind of subsidy.
I have been bitching about Sentech for 3 months now, and gave up the fight on the weekend and got myself an iBurst system. Let's cross fingers that this was a good move........
