I found this link that may help explain Sentech's problem of not being able to manage user bandwidth - WHAT A JOKE!
After 2 years+ of running the network someone realises they need software - DUH!

Is there anyone who would know of a really good, the free'er the better bandwidth management tool for limiting/managing users internet usage?
