Serie A 2011/2012

Ciao Gasp, don't let the door hit you on the way out of Appiana Pinetina. You can join your but buddy rafa in the unemployment line. Learn management 1.1 you adapt your formation to your squad, you don't push players into a formation that is unsuited to them.

shame that was harsh

Just in case you guys missed it in the aftermath of the gasp issue. Zanetti surpassed beppe bergomi last night and become the all time appearance holder for inter. There are quite a few nice words from hodgson, cuper, mancini, mourinho and leonardo on the inter website about Javier. a True legend.

Great player and servant of the club - you almost look for him when Inter is playing, just to make sure its Inter....:)

Tinkerman is the new inter manager, signed a 2 year deal.

That was quick, they don't waste time hey. Wonder what happened with Cappelo and Raineri and Ancelloti. Or maybe I'm being blonde and Tinkerman is one of them. Not really a SERIE A follower

Tinkerman was what the press/Chelsea fans called Ranieri when he was with Chelsea. Oh my goodness those subs at Monaco... *shakes head despondently*

How do feel about Ranieri? I'd be worried if I were you...

Long term I am not convinced. As someone who can get our season back on track he was probably the right choice. For now I will give him the benefit of the doubt. He is not a favorite of mine but he can't really do worse then gasperini or rafa...

Inter has just gone in the wrong direction after Jose left. Such a shame. Another Leeds, besides the fact that Leeds went bankrupt

Really???? What he did to Chelsea wasn't as bad as what Rafa did to Liverpool, but his not any better

Actually Ranieri was great for Chelsea, and he was great for Juventus. He rejuvenated old squads and gave younger players a chance to shine. He bought Cech, Lamps and made sure that Terry is the player he is today.

It's a two-edged sword. On the one hand, his tinkering enables him to discover talent, on the other hand it can be disastrous at certain times. I think he could be great for Inter as well but he's not a title winner... not by a long shot.

Well a decent start . We looked a lot better then under gasperini. Claudio went back to a 4-4-2/4-3-3 system, basicly 4-4-2 without the ball and 4-3-3 with the ball. Controlled the first half, was a bit defensive at the start of the second and bologna equalised through a very soft pen. But the boys did well fighting back to win 3-1.

There is lots of room for improvement but it was a good sign.

Claudio while he isn't a winner almost almost manages to get his team going. Very few of his players have bad words to say about him. Rafa on the other he is very disliked figure.

Claudio got all three of parma, juve and roma back on track in his last three stints.

I don't see him as a long term coach because he doesn't tend to win but I do feel he can do a good job with getting us back on track and helping the development of the likes of ranocchia,coutinho,obi.alvarez,poli,ect.

Going to the San Siro to try and get a ticket for the Inter-Napoli match :)

Whilst you at it tell Sneijder his a nob! btw HTF do you have so many days leave? when you back? Where else you going??? :D

Dunno what the situation is right now... but when I went to Milan about 5 years ago it was EASY getting a ticket.
5 Years ago Serie A was dominated by Juventus and AC Milan... I'm assuming the locals disliked Inter due to their International players - no home grown Italians

Correct me if I'm wrong... but they still don't have all that many Italians...

Yep so Randhir can tell us if tickets are easy to come by ;)

You know how people are... Just cos Juve and AC got kicked to the curb after the match fixing scandal Inter rose to the top, people start supporting whoever is on top
